SAN System Administrator Team Lead (Colorado Springs, CO and Huntsville, AL)

General: Position is full-time exempt (salaried) working with the Life Cycle Contractor Support for the Warfighter FOCUS (WFF) program under the Warrior Training Alliance (WTA) at the U. S. Army HUMINT Training-Joint Center of Excellence Fort Huachuca, AZ. The work identified by this announcement is being funded under an OAWR (Over and Above Work Request). Currently, funding is available for this work during the PoP (Period of Performance).
Based on the status of the project near the completion of the PoP, additional funding may be provided/negotiated with our customer. Basic operations support the Fort Huachuca Intelligence Training mission to provide realistic joint and combined arms training focused on developing soldiers, leaders, and units of the United States military for success on the 21st Century Battlefield.
Scope: The HUMINT Training-Joint Center of Excellence trains U.S. Military and U.S. Government personnel in basic and advanced HUMINT collection operations, based on DoD requirements. TTOS employees in the Military Source Operations (MSO) Course, serve as a Principal Level Training and Development Instructors at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The primary mission of all contract instructors within HT-JCOE is to perform platform instruction and all other associated training development / support activities. Utilizing various forums such as formal platform training, workshops, and field training exercises, instructors train US military personnel and other Department of Defense (DoD) and federal government agency personnel. Instructors shall assume duties as platform instructors and deploy on field training exercises serving as instructor, mentor, role player, and counselor alongside active duty military and DoD civilian instructors. Instructors participate as writer/role-player; develops plans and milestones for the analysis, design, and development of courses of instruction; and prepares instructional material, including development of comprehensive, tailored role packages.
Qualifications:
a. Must possess an existing/active security clearance of SECRET.
b. Possess a valid state driver’s license.
c. In order to minimally qualify for this position, applicant must be graduate of at least one of the following schools: SOC, CFSO, ASOC, AMSOC, FTC, MOTC, MAGTF-CI/HUMINT, or AFCITC. Additionally, applicant must have HUMINT source operations experience particularly within GWOT and/or OCO or other high threat or combat environments. Must also have 24 months field experience in conducting full-spectrum HUMINT collection in a variety of operational environments.
d. Instructors shall be able to walk up to six miles cross-country over varying terrain in urban and rural environments to include conditions of extreme heat (in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit (or higher, sometimes the National Training Center is hotter than 100 degrees), cold (32 degrees below Fahrenheit), rain or snow. Training shall commence/continue regardless of weather conditions unless it is deemed severe enough to be considered a safety issue. Candidate will support ACC/A6O, Directorate of Communications, Operations Division for MILSATCOM. AF Satellite Data Base (SDB) recordkeeping and maintenance; AF satellite mission requirements down to the field unit level; conversion of user mission requirements into forecast data for future DoD procurement of satellite bandwidth resources and equipment; SHF Satellite Access and Gateway Access Request document creation and interagency processing; assist unit mission planners in correcting improper SAR/GAR data entries and pictorials prior to COCOM submission; CLS depot operations and procedures to support fielded MILSATCOM terminals and ability to interpret equipment performance reports, incident logs, and cost data summaries to identify trend issues and find solutions; AF annual budget planning process for CLS depot support; Understand, evaluate, and translate AF user communications mission needs into documented requirements, and relate requirements to existing technology, policies and priorities, operating practices and procedures, equipment and staffing requirements; AF Ground TACS equipment, operational requirements, and deployable mission; Air Force Theater Deployable Communications (TDC) program and its fielded equipment to include knowledge of devices used to interface TDC deployable LAN equipment to MILSATCOM terminals

Requirements

Bachelors' Degree in electrical or electronic engineering, mathematics, physics, public utilities, statistics, computer science, telecommunications management, information systems management, business administration, industrial management

Experience related to MILSATCOM and a demonstrated ability to perform as a recognized expert in development of engineering and technical analysis, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and life-cycle sustainment program analysis as required by system Program Offices; research, development, and maintenance of complex databases used to support system management, future resource projections, and new equipment fielding; program documentation to include background papers, presentations, staff studies, technical reports, and budget support documents; and handling and review of classified documentation.

Experience with the following systems is preferred:
DSCS, QHSAT, GMT, other tri- and quad-band SATCOM terminals, GMF terminals, Langley ACC Reachback Facility, DoD Teleports, DoD STEP, RFMOW, ITOS, IMPCS, Wideband Global SATCOM, Commercial (C-, Ku-, and Ka-bands) SATCOM systems, SMU, IDNX, FCC-100, and ATM multiplexing systems.

When assigned to maintenance teams, inputs, updates and transfers equipment records utilizing data entry screens and interface processes in SAMS-1E; generates standard and ad hoc reports, opens and closes maintenance requests and dispatches equipment as required. When assigned to support operations teams, receives and processes inoperative equipment, work order and Army Materiel Status System (AMSS) data from supported units into SAMS-2E, generates standard and ad hoc reports and requests updates to the Readiness Information Database (RIDB) in
Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA). Knowledge of the Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) and the Army Materiel Status System (AMSS) preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintains SAMS-E data files for equipment issued, stored or received in support of unit operations. Ensures electronic equipment records are accurate and hard copy records are properly maintained and filed in accordance with customer requirements. Creates scheduled/unscheduled reports required by the staff. Assists in the development of processes and methods to expedite/economize the process.


High School Diploma or equivalent plus two (2) years related experience. Ability to use personal computer. Ability to type at least 40 wpm with an emphasis on almost error-free capabilities. Attention to detail. Must be trained or experience utilizing the U.S Army's logistics Standard Army Maintenance System - Enhanced (SAMS-E).

On 29 February 2012, OWF will be hosting an outreach event at Camp
Pendleton in Oceanside, Ca. The purpose of the event is to introduce
your agencies to the Wounded, Ill and Injured population from the
surrounding areas. The event will be conducted using a "Job Fair"
model, but will focus on highlighting Internship Opportunities within
your organization. Each agency participating will be provided a table
and 2 chairs to assist with the presentation of materials to potential
candidates attending. This opportunity should provide prospective
interns with a good background of your agency mission and the
opportunity to discuss what they might be doing for you in an internship
capacity. As you know, internships are a win/win situation for the
intern and the agency.




Please let me know if you would be able to support this effort by having
a representative available on the 29th of February from 0900-1200. In
order to ensure we have adequate space reserved, I need your input as
soon as possible. Please respond directly to me by email with the

General Duty Description:

We are currently seeking Senior Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces (SOF) or conventional forces operational and tactical staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).

Detailed Responsibilities:

The Senior Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on finding immediate through long-term solutions to the IED problem set prioritize and categorize requests for information and conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets fusing and prioritizing the multiple intelligence disciplines to disrupt and defeat enemy networks that employ IEDs.
The Senior Intelligence Integrator will focus problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration as well as the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence (to include unevaluated intelligence) associated with IEDs and their employment by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.

The Senior Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Senior Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. Must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and is able to provide daily feedback to team lead on product development. The Senior Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

The Senior Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Senior Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate its construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.

The Senior Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Senior Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.

The Senior Intelligence Integrator should have the ability to perform tasks and provide training to support the client in the uses and capabilities of the following web-based intelligence tools, software, and databases: Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), NCTC Online, Terrorism Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE), ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT database, Skope SIGINT analytical toolkit, Analyst Notebook /Palantir link analysis software, ArcGIS spatial analysis software, Google Earth spatial analysis software, and Microsoft productivity software and applications as needed.

Experience and Education:

The Senior Intelligence Integrator should have familiarity with the following methodologies: F3EAD, CALEB/IWA, Social Network Analysis and CARVER.
This position requires recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.
The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.

This position requires the ability to obtain and hold a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. (Resume must show that proposed employee currently holds a TS clearance with previous access to SCI level of information.)

WILLBROS first began in 1908 and provides services in engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, integrity management and O&M services to the Oil, Gas, Electric Utility and Related Industries.

We are currently seeking candidates who qualify as:
(1) Skilled journeymen in HV Underground Electrical Distribution Systems
(2) HV Electrical Underground Line Supervisors
(3) Equipment operators ( excavators, trenchers, backhoes and digger trucks )
We are currently working a 50 hour work week in the Dallas / Fort Worth Texas area.
Benefits are available for this full time assignment including 401K.
Per Diem is available for those who qualify.
