Job Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications. Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. Education
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from a Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited institution. Current registration as a professional engineer by any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico or Evidence of having successfully passed the Engineer-in-Training (EIT) examination, or the written test required for professional registration administered by the Boards of Engineering Examiners in the various States, the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico or successful completion of at least 60 semester hours of courses in the physical, mathematical, and engineering sciences and in engineering that included the courses specified in the basic requirement, or successful completion of a curriculum leading to a bachelor degree in engineering technology or in an appropriate professional field. A comprehensive technical knowledge with strong communication skills (written & oral), and strong customer interface skills is extremely important. This requirement may be waived as long as a minimum of 8 years experience and appropriate certifications in the related fields exist.

Experience

Job Responsibilities
Task Order Manager plans, directs, analyzes and coordinates task order activities for an upcoming large Air Force Special Operations Forces C2 & Mission Systems Support under the Special Operations Command Information Technology (SITEC) Specialty Services contract for approximately 58 people on three geographically separated locations. Ensures that all objectives and goals are accomplished within contractual requirements, time frame, and funding parameters to assure the successful movement of effort. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of the USSOCOM, Special Operations Forces Component Commands', and Theater Special Operations Commands' missions and charters. The Task Order Manager will provide day-to-day interface to the program management, technical staff and support organization; responsible for ensuring that tasks and personnel are transferred according to schedule and contractual requirements. This Task Order Manger position requires a detail oriented, hands-on senior level individual with knowledge of project management practices and will be required to work in close coordination with Operations, Human Relations (HR), and the customer to minimize mission impact. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for end user computing technical support, and local operations and administration of workstation components. Performs troubleshooting of software, hardware, network, and communication components as required. Monitors system performance, performs system backups, creates user accounts, and assigns access privileges. Controls user access and passwords.
- Provide Global AFSOF Command and Control Mission Support (C2MS) reach-back support for ingarrison and deployed AFSOF. This includes running the Mission Systems Support Center (MSSC) at Hurlburt Field and its associated hotline. The MSSC provides a global help desk for C2MS issues for all AFSOF units.
- Log, track, coordinate, and ensure C2MS issues raised by AFSOF personnel and units, regardless of location, are solved, including solving issues via the phone, e-mail, remote computer access, and potentially on-site, if applicable.
- Contact and coordinate with internal and external agencies, and on-call experts, as required, to quickly solve issues using knowledge management practices to ensure notification procedures, key experts and external support agencies are documented and identified within and external to the C2MS team.
- Monitor multiple standard and military communications devices (e-mail, phone, webpage, beeper, etc...) to ensure receipt of support requests. MSSC contact information shall be published to all global AFSOF units.
- Provide dedicated operations and maintenance support for additional databases on the Hurlburt Field SAMS-C2 servers, global SATCOM gateway (KuSS, Ka, or X) that connects to SIPRNet and NIPRNet, an associated media server, a global tactical radio exchange server (part of the AOC weapon system), and global radio frequency (RF) e-mail gateway to enable e-mail transfer from tactical radios to SIPRNet. In addition, the contractor shall provide global management of RF e-mail address books, and network all RF e-mail and RoIP capabilities across the 623 AOC, 623 AOC/OLs, and theater SOC components as required. The services support all AFSOF, especially those without dedicated C2MS support.

The individual oversees the integration of the Global Command and Control System application into the operational environment of the supported organization. Job Description:
Analyze intelligence in support of the PRS Detail(s)
The IA is designated as support (S).

Analyze and produce finished all-source intelligence products over a broad range of issues, focusing on insurgent capabilities and actions, political and cultural climates, tribal and social networks and other issues as required

Monitor and analyze threat intelligence and assess this information for credibility, urgency, and specific target information.
Access pertinent intelligence information from an intelligence processing computer system.
Write daily Intelligence Summary Report for applicable PSS detail(s).
Produces intelligence reports.
Write assessments and spot reports as needed.
Brief security concerns pertaining to the personnel protective detail on a daily or weekly basis.
Deliver daily Intelligence Summary to locations designated in the Task Order.
Notify/communicate urgent threat information to the AIC.
Perform liaison work with U.S. officials and military units on site and long-distance with counterparts in DS on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
Level 3 English proficiency.
Two (2) years of all-source intelligence analytical experience.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Able to accurately and concisely communicate threat and security information via written products/assessments.
Able to accurately and concisely communicate threat and security information via verbal briefings.
Possess a strong ability to analyze intelligence information and disseminate the information to the protective detail and other security personnel.
Willing to perform shift work.
Willing and able to live in high-threat environments.
Honorable discharge for prior Military.

This Non-PSS qualified position / labor category is staffed in accordance with the requirements described below.
The SRG shall be designated as a guard (G).
The SRG is required to attend the guard force training course, as outlined in this contract.
The SRG shall maintain weapons qualification, as outlined in this contract, with the Glock, M4, and Shotgun.
The SRG vetted personnel are authorized to permanently fill the Labor Categories of the guard and security screener (if language qualified) in case of shortages with the approval of HTP

Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities
• Researches, analyzes, presents, and publishes all source political and military analysis and intelligence production in support of operationally deployed forces in the CENTCOM area
• Organizes multiple research projects to sustain daily intelligence briefings, defense threat assessments, specific area knowledge briefs, and analytical support for military operations
• Provides input to multiple government requirements and objectives, assists with the analysis and production of various intelligence products, and supplies analytical support for senior military leaders
