Job Description
Summary

The primary purpose is to facilitate and execute the work sold by Rose Paving, handling all duties pertaining to operations including but not limited to preparing and submitting required paperwork, field execution, maximizing efficiencies and profitability, limiting down-time, and purchasing and maintaining equipment. In addition, a qualified candidate will encourage and promote a team environment that motivates crew members and sets a high bar regarding performance standards set forth in measurable goals.

Responsibilities

Assists with the preparation of estimates, cost reports, forecasts, account codes, budgets and change orders.
Orchestrates schedule for all crews to maximize efficiency and profit.
Communicates directly with clients including scheduling work in accordance with their needs, both onsite and offsite as well as project management.
Maintain all recordkeeping, resource allocation, labor and equipment.
Assist with preparation of final project reports including obtaining historical data and information.
Conduct quality checks of all documents and reports, verify accuracy of data, information and calculations.
Assist in maintaining the departmental policies, procedures and manuals.
Execute and monitor measurable goals for teamto ensure performance minimums are achieved.
Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage up to eight subordinate supervisors who in turn supervise up to 30 employees on teams for Crack Sealing, Seal Coating, Lot Marking and Asphalt Paving.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of crew teams.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Interviewing, hiring and training employees.
Planning, assigning and directing work.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following minimum requirements to be considered:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and or/construction related industry in a role of significant leadership. Relevant experience in asphalt or concrete preferred.
Design /build general contracting company experience a plus.
C.M. degree preferred.
Demonstrated record of accomplishment and creative problem solving.
Must have excellent leadership experience, sense of urgency and a natural ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment.
Spanish language capability a strong plus.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Internet.
Excellent verbal communication skills required.
Must be comfortable with hands-on work environment.
Travel.

Duties/Requirements are as follows:

Contractor shall perform Program Management with LAN Administration, Desktop Support Technician, Network Administration, Equipment Custodian, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) and Software Manager Duties.

Position Description
Currently have a need for a SAP DB2 LUW Database Administrator for a very large SAP initiative that will be going on for at least 6+ months. It will involve many system upgrades and additional services to be installed. These positions will be starting very quickly within in the next 2 weeks.

Project Description:
* This candidate will be expected to provide SAP DB2 LUW administration tasks in a large, complex, mission-critical computing environment. This is a senior technical position that will have task lead responsibilities. The SAP DB2 LUW Administrator must be well rounded, possess maturity, vision, and a depth of experience that allows for grasping of issues quickly and making educated, critical judgments in the absence of complete information. This candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment with on-call duties as required. Also must possess the ability to work with a diverse high-performance team.
* The applicant will be expected to have good interpersonal skills for the purposes of requirements gathering from both technical and non-technical members of staff, be sensitive when introducing new technologies and methodologies to established groups and products, but have the conviction to push through technologies that are in the best interests of the company.
* Support 7x24x365 based SAP environment operations during on-call rotation
* Act as a resource as needed during critical system outages to provide management with business impact information necessary to make decisions.
* Interface with customers, business partners, third-party suppliers/vendors, internal IT application programmers, and internal business contacts for both new development and problem determination/resolution.
* Assure the highest levels of stability, integrity, reliability, security, and availability of the SAP environment under his/her responsibility, consistent with the resources available and the established change control policies and prescribed procedures.
* Produce documentation and procedures regarding the proper use and operation of the corporate SAP system infrastructure.
* Assist in sizing and designing the corporate SAP system architecture as required for installed and proposed systems.
* Correct reported problems with SAP software and communication interfaces under his/her responsibility.
* Utilize a problem management tool to track open tickets and follow up to resolution and closure.
* Execute special projects or other related duties as required.

JSEAS Software Developer

The JSEAS effort is a joint venture among the US Navy, US Air Force, and UK Ministry of Defense to develop safe escape and mission planning products for the JSF aircraft.

The JSEAS Software Developer will perform a variety of software development and maintenance activities for the Joint Safe Escape Analysis Solution (JSEAS) program. THIS POSITION WILL BE RELOCATING TO FT MEADE MARYLAND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BASE REALIGNMENT AND CLOSURE ACT. ANTICIPATED DATE OF RELOCATION IS late 2010 or early 2011.

This position is located within the Defense Information Systems Agency Headquarters building in Arlington, VA. The purpose of this position is to provide NETOPS (GIG Enterprise Management, Network Assurance and Content Management) for the DISA Command Center (DCC). Such support facilitates the planning, analysis, design; development, testing, configuration, implementation, integration, operation, maintenance, and restoration of IT networked systems used for the transmission of information in voice, data, and/or video formats.

This is a Watch Officer position supporting the Current Operations Branch within the DCC. This position will be charged with monitoring the DISA portion of the GIG; specifically the NIPRnet and SIPRnet. Duties will include 24/7 monitoring, collaboration with the Global NetOps Security Center (GNSC) and Theater NetOps Centers (TNC) and reporting to US Cyber Command. Candidates will be required to provide formal and ad-hoc briefings to multiple levels of government management. They will also be required to collaborate with higher level engineers on course of action development as required by network events.

Candidates should have a strong background & experience in IP network technologies. Knowledge should include detailed understanding and experience with routing protocols such as IS-IS, OSPF, BGP and RIP. Real world experience with both Juniper and Cisco products is a plus. Understanding of security systems within IP networks is a must to include access control list (ACL) experience. Experience with DISA and the DISN is a plus. 2. DGS Labor Category: Network Controller/Operator Level II
